As stated in each and every listing, these items are made from cardstock, patterned paper, metallic paper and/or glitter paper, i.e. these items are made from paper! I use paper that is between 65-110 lb.

All of the items at Mis Recuerdos are handmade. This means that there may be slight variations in color and no two items will be exactly alike. In addition, colors vary greatly from screen to screen and may appear different in person. I reserve the right to substitute colors and patterns in my listings if necessary.

We check and double check the items before they are shipped out and we want you to be happy with your order. We strive to provide as many details about the products in the listing description. 

If you have a question or concern regarding your order, please convo the shop within 7 days and let us know. We will work with you on a product exchange, no refunds are given as these items are made to order. 

We cannot provide an exchange due to "buyers remorse" or if your item did not arrive in time for your event. The processing times are shown in each listing as well as updated on the home page of Mis Recuerdos on a regular basis.
