Refund Policy

You have 7 days to send back all unused and unopened regular-priced items. Please note that sale items, custom products, party boxes, and seasonal/holiday merchandise may not be returned or refundable.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

• Make sure to ship returns in a sturdy box, if your returns get damaged on transit it cannot be accepted.  We do not accept returns in padded mailers.
