Orders in Puerto Rico usually arrive within 1-2 business days. ADD A FEW DAYS DURING THE HOLIDAYS.

Orders to the USA will arrive within 4-6 days. ADD A FEW DAYS DURING THE HOLIDAYS

Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays via United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders placed on a Friday after 11am will be processed the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturdays. No pickups on weekends.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is provided.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a carrier tracking number will be sent out to you. Please check your e-mail.
Return Policy
You have 7 days to send back all unused and unopened regular-priced items. Please note that sale items, custom products, party boxes, clothes, and seasonal/holiday merchandise may not be returned or refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Make sure to ship returns in a sturdy box, is your returns get damaged on transit they cannot be accepted. We do not accept returns in padded mailers.
